THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
A small seed grows slowly into a huge spreading tree. So too, through little acts, soft words and kind deeds, you can elevate yourself into a Divine Being. The worst action is to do the opposite of what you preach – to deny by the hand what you dole out of your mouth. If you cannot act up to your declarations, be quiet. Do not go about advising others on virtues and advertising yourself as a hypocrite. Do not preach dharma (righteousness) while decrying it in deed. Dharma (Righteousness) is steady, unchanging and never declining; those who do not adhere to it do not decline dharma but themselves. One is judged by practise not by the precepts one pours forth.

what is akshaya Tritiya?

Akshaya Tritiya, also known as Akha Teej is a Hindu and Jain[citation needed] holy day, that falls on the third Tithi (Lunar day) of Bright Half (Shukla Paksha) of the pan-Indian month of Vaishakha.
Jainism is one of the oldest known religions of world. Rishabhadeva alias Adinath is the first Tirthankara of the Jains. The Day of Akshay Tritiya is worshipped and said to be auspicious in Jainism because -
. Upon attaining enlightenment, he gave up all worldly pleasures and chose to lead the life of an ascetic and became a Jain monk. Jain monks do not own anything. They do not even cook food for themselves. When hungry or thirsty, they go to the people and ask for food or drinking water. Tirthankara Rishabhadeva also went to people and asked food. However, the people of that time did not know anything about the lives and disciplines of monks, as he was the first monk of his era. The people of Ayodhya offered him gold, jewellery, gemstones, elephants, horses, expensive garments and even their daughters to honour their beloved king. Rishabhadeva was not in quest of all these. He sought only a morsel of food, but nobody offered it to him. Nobody understood that their king was asking for food. As there was no choice, he had to fast for a long time until his grandson Shreyansha Kumara understood his need. Finally Shreyansha Kumara, offered him sugarcane juice and thus Rishabhadeva ended his fast after a year. This was on the day of Akshaya Tritiya. This is considered by the Jains as one of the best offerings. It is believed that religious gifts bestowed on Akshaya Tritiya become inexhaustible. Jains even today, observe a fast to commemorate their first Tirthankara Rishabhadeva on Akshaya Tritiya and end their fast with sugarcane juice.
As per Hindus, this day is ruled by god Vishnu, the preserver-god in the Hindu Trinity. It is also traditionally celebrated as the birthday of the Hindu sage Parashurama, the sixth Avatar (incarnation) of the god Vishnu. According to Hindu mythology, on this day the Treta Yuga began and the river Ganges, the most sacred river of India, descended to the earth from the heaven.
The word "Akshaya" means the never diminishing in Sanskrit and the day is believed to bring good luck and success. It is believed that if you do charity on this day you will be blessed. On 'Akshay Tritiya' 'Mrutika' also worshipped. Nowadays jewellers have turned the purity into a marketing gimmick. The day is considered auspicious for starting new ventures. The legend is that any venture initiated on the auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya continues to grow and bring prosperity. Hence, new ventures, like starting a business, construction etc. is initiated on Akshaya Tritiya.

Cows are very useful since the day she is born until her death, each & everything from her is very useful.

Specially for those who are Diabetic there is a free cure to your disease - Just 15 minutes a day go to a cow, feed her food with love & move your hands for just 15 minutes on her body & your diabetes would be cured in just 30 days. This is confirmed by UTTAM MAHESHWARIJI who is a wonderful Gow Rakshak working in Maharashtra to save mother cow & spreading awareness about how cow & cow products are so useful. Maheshwariji introduced many products from the waste of mother cow which has now spread worldwide. Cow are the Mobile hospital. Cow truly got the quality to be called as a mother & she helps us Spiritually as well as Materially linked with our health.

Cow, The aghnya brings us health and prosperity - Rigveda 1.164.27

The Picture shows - Mother Sudevi from Germany who saw a suffering cow near Goverdhan Parikrama marg/Utter Pradesh & decided to give up her material life & serve the injured & suffering mother cows & father bull in North Bharata, she resides near Radha kund in a Gowshala, presently there are more than 400 cows approximately, most of them are bulls. She pays some amount to those people who gets them a Suffering cow/bull from anywhere in her Gowshala, in Villages people leaves bull because they are of no use due to lack of farm or the person owes a tractor & so Bulls are considered as a Dead investment by such fools & so such bulls are left home alone which is been caught & put in this gowshala. When mother cow stops giving milk, people leaves her without food, home alone & so such cows might land in this particular Gowshala, any cow been badly wounded, injured are been cured by this wonderful devotee. The best part is, the lady behaves in a GOPA/male Friend of Sri Krishna. She talks like a man & a very soft hearted Gow mata Sevak i've ever met in my life who dedicated her entire life in serving the injured & left out mother cows & bull. All the expenditure for this Gowshala she gets from few Grihasta Family, devotees, cow lovers & her personal earnings, she would never ask for any type of Donation to anybody because she trust’s Sri Krishna who won’t allow her & the cows sleep with hunger. Never! Still if anybody wants to help her, help the mother cow can visit her website or meet her in person.

Jiva Meditation

One of the most  important aspects of the Jivananda regimen is the  Jiva
Meditation which soothes and energises the body, mind, senses and the soul for
the whole day. It is also a superb tool to fight stress and increase memory and
concentration.  Co-propounded  by Dr.  Partap Chauhan  and Dr. Satya Narayana
Dasa, the Jiva Meditation involves bringing  your awareness into the heart area
and visualising a tiny Drop of Love in the heart that spreads in all directions. The
meditation entails tracing the outward and then the inward journey of the Drop of
Love from the heart out into the surrounding and back.
Here’s the text of the Jiva Meditation:

                                       Jiva Meditation
STEP-1
Sit in a relaxed, comfortable position with back/spine straight.
Lay down if necessary. Be comfortable and relaxed. Close your
eyes, take 3 deep breaths very slowly, breath in and out.
STEP-2
For a few moments focus your mind on your breath, allow your
breath to be natural without any forced changes, simply focus on
your breath.
STEP-3
Now bring your awareness into your heart area and visualise a
tiny drop of Love in the heart. This is “Me”. I am Soul.
STEP-4
Enjoy this beautiful realisation of yourself or knowing your True
Self with a relaxed face and nice smile on your face.
STEP-5
Visualise the tiny drop of Love spreading in all directions. This is
Me, I am Soul. I am full of Love.
STEP-6
Now visualise this tiny drop of Love expanding throughout the
heart, destroying all the darkness, ignorance, blockages and
toxins.
STEP-7
The heart is like a small Sun emitting this love. Enjoy this
expansion of soul into the heart with a relaxed and smiling face.
STEP-8
Now visualise the soul expanding into the rest of the body, into
chest, neck, face, head, arms, abdomen, thighs and legs,
destroying toxins and cleansing all the blockages.
STEP-9
The whole body is now full of love and life. Enjoy this experience
for a moment.
STEP-10
Now expand your attention into the outer world, spread the Love
into the room, then, out into the world.
STEP-11
Send Love to those whom you love and to those whom you want
to help and heal. Connect  your Soul to other Souls to those
whom you  love and want to help and heal. Enjoy your Soul
connection with other Souls for a few moments.
STEP-12
Now draw you attention back from the world into the room, into
your body, into your heart, the heart, which is like a small Sun,
and then back into its original shape like a tiny drop of Love—a
very powerful drop of Love in the heart.
STEP-13
This is Me, I am Soul. I live in this body and I am here to do
some thing positive/creative with this body, to help others, to
spread love always.
STEP-14
For a moment focus your mind on yourself, the soul which lives
in your heart. Focus with a relaxed face and beautiful smile on
your face.
STEP-15
Gently rub your palms and rub them gently over your eyes and
slowly open your eyes and come back to your outer world.

Jivananda - An Ayurvedic Way of Life

Jivananda
lifestyle regimen includes simple routines and practices to usher in perpetual happiness into our lives. It helps people in the busy life of today to lead a natural life and conduct themselves effortlessly through the maze of life’s variables and constants.
An original conception by Dr. Partap Chauhan, Jivananda is a simple yet effective lifestyle regimen for people who are completely occupied with their daily chores. In Sanskrit, Jiva means ‘soul’ andAnanda means ‘bliss’. Therefore, Jivananda signifies the ‘bliss of the soul’.

Ayurveda has answers to problems in all the three components of life—sensual (body), emotional (mind) and spiritual (soul). Jivananda combines these responses of Ayurveda towards life into one harmonical regimen that can be followed by one and all. It is for guiding people along a chosen path of self-empowerment of body, mind and soul. Through Jivananda, men and women are guided on how to prepare their bodies and minds for the day in the most optimum manner. Breathing exercises (Pranayama), suggested in the Jivananda regimen, help revitalize people by facilitating the energy of the air (Prana) in their bodies. Some simple yet comprehensive yoga postures (Hatha yoga) help their bodies become supple, strong and healthy. Guidelines included in Jivananda also help people choose the dietary lifestyle appropriate to their body-types as individuals.

Jivananda can be practised almost anywhere, anytime, and under many diverse conditions and circumstances, like cleaning teeth, driving car, travelling in a bus, train or even in an aeroplane. The principles of Jivananda can be followed by men and women, children and adults alike. There are no hard and fast rules on the timings of performing Jivananda—mornings, afternoons, evenings or nights are all possible timings for the practice of Jivananda

This program uses a balanced and holistic approach that is easy, comfortable and entirely convenient. It teaches people in the busy life of today to lead a natural life. While living a natural life one can experience all the benefits of flowing with the powerfully creative energy force, rather than resisting it, which many do, unconsciously. When one lives a life in accord with natural laws, so much more can be achieved by doing less. This is the supreme style of living.
Jivananda Meditation
One of the most important aspects of the Jivananda regimen is the Jivananda Meditation which soothes and energises the body, mind, senses and the soul for the whole day. It is also a superb tool to fight stress and increase memory and concentration. Co-propounded by Dr. Partap Chauhan and Dr. Satya Narayana Dasa, the Jivananda Meditation involves bringing your awareness into the heart area and visualising a tiny Drop of Love in the heart that spreads in all directions. The meditation entails tracing the outward and then the inward journey of the Drop of Love from the heart out into the surrounding and back.
